My childhood was… rough. It made me strong but also disconnected as hell. I learned to survive, to keep it all together, to overdo, to overgive—and then one day I realized I didn’t even know who I was underneath all that.
When I became a mom, it all hit me like a wave. I started seeing myself in every trigger, every reaction, every moment I didn’t feel safe in my own body, and I knew I had to change. Not just for me, but for my babies. I couldn’t keep repeating what I was raised in.
So I went all in on healing: nervous system work, hormone healing, embodiment, shadow work, crying on my yoga mat kinda stuff 😅
I reconnected with my cycle, my emotions, my truth. It wasn’t always pretty, but it was real. And slowly, I started to remember who the f*ck I actually am.
Now, this work — The Bloom Method — it’s not just something I teach.
It’s what saved me. It’s how I live.

I speak using she/her and women's gendered language because that's the experience I have the most authority to speak on, as it's my own.
